Replacement Accreditation Certificate Service
This service is for those who have previously achieved an Accreditation with IAOCR and require a replacement Certificate and/or Accreditation Mark. Replacement Certificates of Accreditation and Professional Accreditation Marks will be issued electronically as PDF and PNG files. Please see below for further instructions and delivery options.

Fees
Express service: £60 + VAT per request
Documents emailed within 2 working days, subject to successful identity verification.
Standard service: £42 + VAT per request
Documents issued within 10 working days from receipt of payment, subject to successful identity verification.
How to Request Replacement Accreditation Document(s)
Please select the delivery service you require (Standard or Express service) and proceed to payment.
Once payment has been received, the IAOCR accreditation team will contact you to verify your identity. As part of this process, you will be asked to provide your full legal name, your date of birth* and the name of the accreditation program you are seeking replacement documents for.
Following confirmation of your identity and accredited status, your replacement
Certificate and Professional Accreditation Mark will be emailed to you at the email address provided by you during the payment process, within the timeframe of your chosen delivery service.
